Maybe God...

Do you ever think that God is being silent?

You pray, you plead, you ask, you cry, and nothing.

There is no word, no direction, no movement, so you think God is not listening.

But maybe it is not God who is not listening.

Maybe it is you.

Could it be that God has told you what to do but, out of fear or worry or pride, you don’t act?

Maybe God is asking you to make that call, go over to that person’s house, write that check, sign up for that study, or take that step of faith?

Could it be that God has spoken, you are just not listening?
