End of the Quarter

My system for journaling, goal setting, and project planning is using a Bullet Journal. Every three months, I crack open a new Moleskine journal and start reflecting and planning. In every level of personal growth, it is important to take stock of your goals and evaluate your progress.

As I reflect on my 1st quarter, it was not that great.

So, I used two simple questions to help me set up quarter two:

What happened?

  • It is important to reflect on the habits, attitudes, and actions that resulted in either your success or failures.

How will I adjust?

  • This is about taking action. How will you approach your goals differently so that you can either continue in your success or overcome your failures?

Personal growth doesn’t need to be complicated. We need a little reflection and a whole lot of consistency along the way!
