There is a story
Driving through Eastern New Mexico and West Texas, I am always intrigued by the run down buildings and broken down vehicles that we pass.
It makes me wonder:
What was that grain elevator like in its glory days?
How did that broken down truck end up on that spot?
Did that store go out of business? What happened?
Is that tractor ever going to be fixed or restored?
It is a reminder that everything and everyone has a story. Every vehicle was a tool.
Every building was a dream.
One day, something happened and things changed.
Maybe the story is tragic.
Maybe it was a miracle.
Either way, there is a story.
A story we should hear.
Maybe we will learn something.
